    Great team here at Sparque. This is my first time getting my bike from them since they moved here from Melbourne. The team is really knowledgeable, friendly and helpful in helping with choosing an eBike. There's a really good range of bikes to choose from. Lease or buy, they can help you out with both options.     Fantastic friendly vibe when I enquired for a bike. Thomas provided a detailed breakdown for each of the bikes I was looking for and how the leasing process worked. I eventually made a decision to order the latest model of the bike which meant an expected wait for it to ship from the factory. The Kalkhoff Endeavour 3 Move has been a dream to ride since I got it and a very enjoyable car replacement bicycle. Service staff have always been helpful and informative with all the questions I had.

    One very satisfied customer. Picked up my Riese & Muller Nevo4 GT on Saturday afternoon and it is a beauty. I was very appreciative of, and impressed with the level of service I received from Leigh as he went through the bike's features with me. Goodness, there were many and Leigh made sure I got the gist of it. My husband also put him through his paces with the technical side of the bike also and this is where Leigh was impressive. They were still talking about bike features when I came back from my spin around the block. Overall, the customer service received from Thomas and Leigh was great, the follow up calls from Finn were appreciated. Really, what more could this girl ask for, oh did I mention I was happy with the price.

    I just picked up our new Wombat Rally G3 today. My wife and I are very happy. Our whole experience at Sparque has been very positive, from the test ride a few weeks ago, to the pick up today. Leigh and Thomas were great. I got an excellent cargo bike at a great price with friendly and knowledgeable service. Who could ask for more? Highly recommended.

    I have just completed a 4 year novated lease of a brilliant Riese and Muller e-bike with Sparque. Thanks to Thijs, Thomas, Lars and the team for a fantastic experience from start to finish. Great bike, great team, great service. Particularly appreciated the recommendation to upgrade the tyres at the beginning and then replacing them at the final inclusive service at 19,000km with not a single puncture in between. Will also never go back to an e-bike with a chain and conventional gears after the totally trouble free experience with the Vario model. I will return regularly for servicing now the lease has ended. Unfortunately for Sparque, the bike is still far too good to replace as yet! Thanks guys!

    I really love the e-bike brand and size they suggested, love the bike bags. The service provided extends well past the transaction of buying the bike. You get contacted when your bike is due for servicing and they always do an excellent job. The team is amazing, they remember you and always provide the best service and advice. We are moving and when we told them, they offered to help get the bikes ready for transport. They did an amazing job. Thanks team you are all amazing people.

    Great business to deal with and friendly knowledgeable staff. The ebike subscription service is affordable and a great way to see if a bike is suitable for you and how it will be to live with on a daily basis. After using one for a few weeks I realised the one I was thinking of buying was not actually suitable for me so saved myself a lot of money by doing this. The bike came with everything needed and all explained well. I did however buy another bike from them that was shipped from the Melbourne store. It was a 3yo ex leased bike in very good condition, with several expensive extras and all for a great price all up including the freight from Melbourne to Perth. Upon pickup the bike was fully charged, spotlessly clean and everything explained with a box full of original paperwork and manuals. The mechanic set the tyre pressures and the seat to my required settings and was good to go, I did send a few emails to them during all of this and they were all answered promptly and addressed the questions I had. The bike arrived pretty quick from Melbourne too, especially considering it was over the Christmas shut down period. I had been in contact with one other store in Perth before Sparque and they never got back to me after I contacted them twice. The brands they carry are excellent quality. I will definitely be buying a cargo bike from them in the future to add to the 12 bikes I now have. Thanks guys, I am loving the Tinker.

    Had my first e- bike service yesterday and was super impressed with the service. They accommodated me at very short notice because I live rurally and was able at the last minute to get to Melbourne so my appointment was changed. Very thorough and had advice on what we should do in the future with carrying the bike on the vehicle. It’s a small details that matter. Thanks Sparke Melbourne.

    I can’t recommend Thomas, Leigh and the team at Sparque E-bikes enough. The service is first rate and nothing is too hard for the guys. Leigh is a great mechanic and his attention to details is superb. He went out of his way to fit a Basil dog box to my Tinker. They only stock quality e-bike brands and accessories. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

    Highly recommend! This is the best bike shop I came across this shop on a really hot Friday afternoon when something went wrong with my back tyre while on my ride home from work. I limped over, hoping they might still be open, and arrived just after they had locked up for the day. One of the team noticed me outside, opened the door, brought me into the air-conditioning, and then they re-opened the workshop just to help me. Their kindness — staying back after closing at 5pm on such an exhausting Friday to fix my tyre and axle, and then to give my bike a quick service to make sure I got home safely — is something I’ll never forget. The price was way cheaper than the other places I’d been getting my bike serviced, and I haven’t had any issues with my bike since. This is the kind of genuine above-and-beyond service that is rare to find. I’ll always come back here, and recommend them to everyone I know. Thank you again for the incredible service

    Been out of Perth for 10 years. Went for a ride around town and my seat clamp bolt had stripped and wouldn’t tighten enough. Stumbled upon these guys and they replaced the bolt, cleaned up the grease and got me back on the road. No charge at all. Just happy to help. Stop in and meet these guys, check out their inventory.     I recently bought a GoCycle from Sparque. It is a great bike but had a few problems. The team at Sparque are fantastic.     The team at Sparque are amazing! The tyre of my cargo bike was totally worn down, and they seemed to be the only bike shop in Perth with a replacement. I love that they scheduled me in for a repair time, rather than asking me to leave the bike for a few days. They not only replaced my tyre, they also had a good look at the bike and found a few other issues that needed dealing with. And got it all done in time for me to hop back on the bike for the school pickup!

    I signed up to a subscription for the Wombat cargo bike. Best value subscription on the market, no extra charges for accessories, very professional service. The subscription fee included servicing, insurance, roadside assistance and all the accessories. The guys at Sparque are great. very helpful

    Absolutely legendary service and attention to detail from Leigh at Sparque eBikes. To give a bit of a back story, I had my eBike for a service at another bike shop just in March this year. However, I noticed that my brakes were quickly fading and my eBike motor was not running smoothly. Long story short, my disc brakes were well worn (1.2mm instead of the minimal 1.5 mm), my motor needed a substantial repair, which Leigh managed superbly. To top it all off, my front fork was not working either and my old bike shop told me nothing can be done other than a new fork for $300-$400 + install. Leigh managed to service the whole fork and made it work like new for about a third of the cost of a new fork. Safe to say, I'll be back with my wife's and my bike for sure!
